Multi-Platform Hotel Full Service Application

I was approached by NXTV, a hotel-based in-room entertainment delivery service, to assist in designing their next-generation platform and offerings. Together with my partners, we embarked on a brainstorming process to elevate the product and transform it into a truly valuable tool for hotel guests, going beyond mere movie-watching capabilities.

Our goal was to develop the concept of a digital concierge, reimagining the platform to provide comprehensive assistance throughout a guest's stay, whether for business or leisure. We aimed to tailor the services offered to meet individual needs and enhance the overall hotel experience.

To bring our vision to life, we meticulously crafted flowcharts and wireframes, mapping out the system's functionality and user journey. From there, we explored several design directions and ultimately selected one to create a fully functional prototype. This prototype served as a reference point for both sales purposes and guiding the engineers in implementing the design.

Through this collaborative process, we successfully transformed NXTV's platform into a robust and versatile digital concierge, enriching the hotel experience for guests and providing them with tailored services for a seamless stay.
