Servicenow Custom Branded Portals

I had the opportunity to work on a significant project for my client, Cask, where I was tasked with designing a branded portal for Becton Dickinson (BD). BD had recently launched an internal service store on the ServiceNow Platform, and my role was to create a visually appealing and user-friendly interface for their employees and vendors.


The project presented various technical constraints inherent to the platform. However, by understanding these limitations and collaborating closely with the engineers, we were able to push the boundaries and develop a compelling solution. Through thoughtful design, we streamlined the user experience, allowing employees and vendors to quickly access and interact with pending acquisitions or create new ones with just a few clicks.


One of the innovative approaches I employed was to associate knowledge articles directly with actions on the main level, eliminating the need for a separate process. This cross-pollination of information significantly improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the portal.


Following the success of the BD project, my client recognized the value of my expertise and entrusted me with designing several more ServiceNow portals for esteemed companies such as Grainger, Gallo Wines, and Splunk.


These experiences have not only expanded my knowledge and skill set but have also reinforced my ability to overcome design challenges and deliver impactful solutions to my clients.
